32 Weeks :: 3rd Trimester

Belly Pics:

We finished the safari baby room!  Because the room was already decorated with super cute safari themed furniture, we only needed to add a few touches to make a bit more baby like.  As you can see, I'm kinda obsessed with elephants right now :).

Here's what we added:
Crib is from Newport Cottages
Crib elephant bedding is from Baby Restoration Hardware
I found a 3-4 elephant pottery & wood figures at the Pasadena Flea Market
The bench is from Pasadena Flea Market
Lion, Elephant, and Giraffe stuffed animals are from Baby Restoration Hardware
Elephant wicker hamper is from Homedecorators.com
Elephant Art on wall is from Baby Restoration Hardware
Giraffe Pillows were made by Cneithart Design
Elephant Art in frames are from Etsy
Elephant Love You pillow is from Etsy
Elephant art in closet are from my 2 friends, Dominoe and Kristen

How far along? 32 weeks
How big is the baby? A large jicama - 16.7 inches; 4 pounds
Weight Gained:  1lb gained this week, total of 23lbs gained.
Waist Size: 37 in, total of  7 in growth (measuring around the belly button)
Exercising: Bar method 3 times and prenatal yoga 2 times.  Every week I'm getting slower and slower at bar exercises. I'm really hoping my body will continue to let me take classes 2-3 times a week up until the week I give birth. Last week the owner of the Pasadena studio reached out to me to see if I wanted  to be featured in a before and after blog article about how I stay motivated to take bar throughout my pregnancy and how classes will (hopefully) help me lose the baby weight after the I give birth.  I'm excited about the article because it will force me to get back in shape after the babe comes, and I hope it will encourage others to stay fit and heathy throughout their pregnancy!
Stretch marks? Nope (It makes me really happy to write nope each week :))
Symptoms:  So. Many. Braxton Hicks. Contractions.  They come and go about every hour to two hours or so lasting anywhere from 30 sec to 2 min.  Baby C is also sitting super high so his feet and/or knees kick under my rib cage and will sometimes hit a nerve in my back - that def feels awesome.  He's also squishing my lungs so it's incredibly hard to breath.
Sleep: Still sleeping super awesome throughout the night.
Best moment this week:   Spending my birthday with my favorite person, Ez!  We had a yummy lunch on the west side, went shopping for a bit (Ez got me new sunglasses for my bday :)), saw Kim Kardashian  and Adrian Grenier, and then went to a birthing class.  It was a lovely and relaxing day.
Miss Anything? Red red WIIIIIINE!  The teacher at our birthing class advised us to run a warm bath and drink a glass of red wine when we are in the first stage of labor at home.  I'm DEFINITELY doing this :). Teachers orders!
Number of times I get up to pee each night: 2-3 times every night.
Movement: Crazy amounts of movement.
Food cravings:  Still not craving any certain foods.  I'm definitely back on the health food train and I'm pretty much avoiding all refined sugar, white bread, fried foods, etc.
Anything making you queasy or sick:  Nothing
Have you started to show yet: growing bigger and bigger by the day
Gender: handsome baby boy
Labor Signs: No (I am having braxton hicks contractions but those are normal)
Belly Button in or out? Innnnnn!  I don't think this little guy is gonna pop out :)
Mood:  Really relaxed and calm this week.
Looking forward to:  My dr. appt this Friday.  I haven't had an ultrasound in about 2 months so I'm excited to see the little dude moving around.

  9. Always provide chew items for puppy, rawhide chew sticks,
or string pull toys. Reward the puppy with praise or a treat when he does walks along beside
you without pulling. I am actually trying to work on a website (with other
canine professionals) that will later be a guide to
both dog owners and up and coming trainers to make those resources available.
The crate is going to be the place where the dog will retreat to, to get away from the
stress of it all. Don't give the puppy attention for about 15 minutes after wards.
